Confirmation and Appointment Management * Upon successful booking and deposit payment, a confirmation message will be sent to your provided contact information (email or mobile number). * This message will detail your appointment specifics, including the date, time, and location. Please ensure the accuracy of your contact information during booking. * You may reschedule or cancel your appointment directly through the confirmation message. Please also send me a text so I’m aware. PAYMENT Cash, Cashapp/Zelle and Card Reader. * Remaining balance must be paid immediately after service has concluded. No exceptions. * Final payments may be received via listed options. Regarding Appointment Scheduling: To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all clients, please note the following: * Arrival: A 15-minute grace period is provided for appointments. * Late Arrivals: Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes will be subject to a $25 late fee, applied to the service cost. * Missed Appointments: If you arrive more than 30 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a missed appointment and may require rescheduling. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting everyone’s time. Deposit policies- * A $15 non-refundable deposit will be required at checkout to confirm your appointment. * While not refundable, the deposit can be applied to reschedule your appointment to a new date, provided the change is made for an appointment date up to 2 weeks after the original appointment. For any rescheduling requests made after the two-week window, a new deposit will be necessary to secure the new appointment. * Deposits will only be issued a refund if the appointment is cancelled by me. Cancellation Policy

I strive to be understanding and accommodating to my clients’ needs. While I do not charge fees for cancellations made with reasonable notice, I kindly request that you inform me as soon as possible if you are unable to keep your appointment. Your communication allows me to adjust my schedule accordingly and offer the appointment slot to another client.
Please note that appointments missed without no communication whatsoever will incur a 50% charge of the service fee.
Before your brows wax appointment.
* Acne Treatments: If you are currently using acne medications such as retinol, tretinoin, isotretinoin, or any other strong topical treatments, please discontinue use at least 6 weeks prior to your appointment. These medications can increase skin sensitivity, making waxing unsuitable.
* Skin Conditions: We do not recommend brow waxing if you have psoriasis, dermatitis, or eczema around or on the brow area.
Skincare Products and Treatments:
* Active Ingredients: Please avoid using skincare products containing the following active ingredients for 1-2 weeks prior to your appointment:
* AHAs (alpha hydroxy acids)
* BHAs (beta hydroxy acids)
* Vitamin C serums
* Salicylic acid
* Mandelic acid
* Sulfur
Before your lash appointment.
* Arrive with clean lashes and eyelids:Wash your face thoroughly with an oil-free cleanser to remove any makeup, dirt, or oil buildup. This will help the lash adhesive bond properly.
* Avoid waterproof mascara for 24-48 hours: Waterproof mascara can leave a residue that’s difficult to remove and may interfere with the adhesive.
* Remove contact lenses: It’s best to remove your contacts before your appointment, as you’ll need to keep your eyes closed for an extended period.
* Caffeine and Alcohol: Limit your caffeine and alcohol intake before your appointment, as they can make your eyelids more sensitive and prone to twitching.
